48hrs notice requested for orders. Less notice is available for a rush price. Payment by cheque or interac e-transfer at time of order finalization. Invoice will be provided.

If you would like a platter or board to be purchased for your order that you will keep afterward, I am happy to accomodate and shop for you and within your budget and constraints. I am also available to assemble in your home before your event if you have a larger scale request.

For maximum freshness and food safety, fresh food should be refrigerated until consumption and consumed within 36hrs of receipt. Meat and cheese should be out of the fridge at room temp for no more than 3hrs without additional cooling. If you need food to sit out, I will assist you in preparing to create a cool environment.

In an effort to reduce waste, rental platters are available. Rental dropoffs/pickups may be discussed at time of ordering, and deposits (less a rental fee of $10, unless otherwise noted below) will be returned at time of safe return.
